Good morning! What an amazing bank holiday weekend. From festivals to charity events, it has been a fantastic three days of smiles and music. Historically the industry has been white, male-dominated and that's just a statement of fact, that's the history of the industry. That is now beginning to change. However, it's not a change that will happen overnight. It is more relevant than ever, at this moment in time, that the culture of the industry changes for the good, for the greater good of not just the industry, but for society. Every individual has a responsibility to do this, through love for each other, education and awareness. Striving for diversity and equality within not just the property industry but in any industry, is not just a necessity, but the only way forward in 2021.
