What comes to mind when you hear - A Dirty Penny? For me, it was insignificant and unimportant, and that's how I felt most of my life. The craziest part is that I didn't know that's how I felt until I said it out loud in front of a bunch of strangers.

On episode 11, I talk about my experience attending a session in Flowmasters where people freestyle and rap to get out of their heads and tap into their hearts to speak their truth. While I had A LOT of fear going into the session primarily because I'm NOT a freestyler or rapper, I learned a part of my story that I got to own and use to help others.
