011: Lean Into Your Strengths? Yes, Absolutely!

We are critiqued on where we are lacking.  We are told to focus on those weaknesses to improve them and get better in those areas.  We tend to look in the mirror and focus on what we don't like and what we need to improve.

What if we lean into our strengths?  What if we focused our energy on improving our natural talents instead of trying to push perfecting our weakness?  Of course this requires us truly understanding ourselves at a deeper level than just the basic daily existence.  Do you truly have the self awareness to understand your behaviors? Your thoughts? Your reactions to the world around you?

Self awareness will allow you truly lean into your strengths and grow. It can be hard work, bit it is oh so very worth it. YOU are worth it.
