At what point do you identify a relationship as one-sided? Where do you draw the line on giving up your free time for others to “pick your brain”? It can be the easiest, yet, most challenging thing to recognize the one-sided relationships in our lives. When it comes to business, we as heart-centered hustlers, want to give our very best. But there comes a time when we need to draw a line and identify the relationships we want to continue to nurture.
This week, I am sharing a hard pill for many of us to swallow when it comes to building our businesses and brands. Takers will always be takers. There will always be people vying for your time and resources for little to no pay and it is up to us to evaluate these relationships.
