I don’t know about you but for me the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are usually a blur. My already busy schedule and mental load becomes even more jam packed with to-do items which leads to stress, overwhelm and burnout during a time that is supposed to be filled with joy and love. The good news is that we get to choose how we experience this season and over the last several years I’ve committed to feeling content, calm and present in a way that is aligned with my priorities and my family. The key is to start thinking about the Holidays maybe a little sooner than we’re used to.
