Prayer Journal – Week 2

Dear Lord,

     I often feel like I rush from work to pleasure, never stopping for anything of substance. Sometimes, I catch myself and I ask, “Does life offer more than this?” I know now this is the hunger you have placed in my life for spiritual things.

(Philippians 2:4, 4:5-6)

     I know that my spiritual hunger needs to be fed. I know it is more than just having a two minute devotional between the work and the pleasures of my life. I know I need to find ways to integrate spiritual principles into my work and play.     AMEN

     Journal two or more times a week for 15-30 minutes. Your journal questions are listed at the bottom of the sermon notes.      You are welcome to join a journal meeting Sun. at 9:30am (if you are not already attending another class) or Wed. at 6pm during the month of January.
