Today we are joined on Hope Talks by Vicki Barnes. Vicki’s dad was in the military so they moved around a lot. She was born in Oklahoma and they moved to Wiesbaden Germany when she was three years old and lived there till she was 16. Then they move the Prince George Virginia where her family is pretty much settled there ever since. Vicki moved Harrisonburg in 2016 to attend college in Eastern Mennonite University.
