ABOUT ANDREW BALMAKS
As an infantry officer, Andrew Balmaks served in the Australian Army for more than 22 years.
While serving in the Army, Andrew travelled to Iran and Iraq for operational duty with the UN and represented the Army in Southeast Asia, the US, and the UK. He held positions in command, training, and staff, and as the first Chief of Army Fellow, he was seconded for a year to the East Asia-focused Asia-Australia Institute.
Today, Andrew serves as the Noetic Group's chief executive officer and co-founder. He and his co-founder spent more than 20 years building the company from its inception into a preeminent medium-sized professional services provider that works with the government, national security and defence, emergency services, and resources sectors.
