I align these cycles of life to the different cycles and processes in nature, as well as how these cycles align with masculine and feminine energies, and how our current patriarchal society has impacted our view of time and cycles. 

I share specific examples of how the seasons of life, as well as cycles of death and rebirth, can take effect in our lives, as well as provide activities you can focus on in each cycle that will help make the most of that season and cycle in your life.

Additionally, I illuminate how this plays into a woman’s menstrual cycle, for the folks listening without yoni's, don’t worry, you will still gain an understanding of how cycles and seasons impact your life and how you can align with them for greater fulfillment and easeful flow with life.

Lastly, I provide prompts for reflection to identify what cycle you are in if you’re not sure, as well as prompts for thought around resistance towards specific cycles, and how you can transition more easily to the next step.
