Instead of living at war with our cravings (trying to suppress them, beat
them, avoid them), Hannah and I have learned to deal with them in a way
that feels much healthier. We also veer a little off course to get really
real with you guys. We talk about things like weight gain, thinking about
certain foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for you, and much, much more.
