3 marathons in five months to qualify for her first Boston Marathon back in 2016. That alone will tell you the type of runner Karin Atkinson is. She was one of the first runners I reached out to as a guest for the show and four months later, we finally made it happen. We talk her introduction to long distance running while living in Malaysia, to Boston, to her ultra marathons of 50 miles and then 100-miles back in February of this year. After countless podiums, amazing races to her resume, she also provides one-on-one run coaching through her Run Peak Endurance brand.
