Howdy,

In this episode I’m reading Chapter 4 continuing in the Gospel of Mark from a public domain translation of the Bible named the New Heart English Bible translation.

- Please feel free to read along with me or just listen.

- I hope my reading and very short sharing at the end with a short prayer can be and example and a blessing to you of what I mean when I want to encourage a simple yet powerful way to study God’s word!

Here is a basic outline of this reading:

Mark chapter 4

Mk 4:1-13.         The parable of the sower,

Mk 4:14-20.       and the meaning.

Mk 4:21-25.       The lamp and what is hidden.

Mk 4:26-29.       The parable of the seed growing secretly;

Mk 4:30-34.       The mustard seed.

Mk 4:35-41.       Jesus rebukes the wind and stills the sea.
