On the 9th July 2020 I was admitted into hospital with Viral Meningitis. This is my 6th attack and 5th in the last 7 years. I have a condition called Mollaret's Meningitis which means recurring viral meningitis. I've been keeping an audio journal for a few years now and decided to record a series focusing on my experience of living with this rare chronic illness in the hope of raising awareness of the condition.

Today's episode was recorded on 15th July 2020. 2nd day back at home from being in the hospital. I'm spending most of my time in bed. I decided to talk about being single today and living on my own with a chronic illness.
