"Trust actions, not just words. The people who love you will show you."

Hi everyone. This week's episode is incredibly vulnerable and honest!! Be kind hehe. My intention is to offer some big sister advice to anyone dealing with a break up, to open up deeper conversations about losing someone you love and to share my perspectives as honestly as possible with the hope that it might resonate with someone out there listening. If you're going through a rough time, you are not alone. And it will get easier, I promise.
