Years ago, I found myself trapped in the darkest moments of my life, manifesting the exact opposite of what I wanted by running from the pain of my past traumas. My journey led me down a path of addiction and an eating disorder, but through it all, I discovered the power of self-compassion and healing.

 

The importance of self-compassion in my healing journey allowed me to see myself as innocent and take greater loving action for myself. It's okay to give yourself grace and notice the good in your life, even when things are tough. I encourage you to take care of yourself and remember that you are capable of having a richer, more vibrant life.
