Today we have a dance industry legend Shirlene Quigley, who’s danced for many of the greats like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Missy Elliot, Jamie Foxx, and most recently touring with Lizzo.  Shirlene leads with her heart and her own relationship and love for God and that light radiates throughout this episode. She gives us insight into the professional dance industry, how she coped with body shaming, bullying, and her own struggles with eating, maintaining her work ethic, and keeping her love for dance alive. Shirlene brings these lessons to her own dance students helping them to own their bodies and sexuality, while spreading her message of faith and God.
