The transition to life after sports is tough. It’s tough to accept the fact that it’s over. In today’s episode special guest Darryll Stinson is totally transparent as he shares about his journey to discovering his purpose outside of sports. Darryll attempted to take his life due to a career ending injury. He is now the voice behind Second Chance Athletes which helps athletes reach their full potential during and after their sports career. 

In this episode listeners are encouraged to give birth to what has been placed inside of them. As athletes we are often told to leave it all on the field or on the court. That is the same approach we need to take to life.
