When he learned about wholesaling – he was in disbelief. Jaromy understood the concept but did not have proof that it worked. In reality, Jaromy just wanted another source of income. Teaching guitar, he was trading his time for money; he knew he needed to start a side business. Jaromy saw a property for $90,000, and he knew he could get more for it. He promised the homeowner he could get it in thirty days. In reality, the property wasn't that good of a deal.
