Stressing about how stressful and traumatic this birthday actually is, instead of being fun and pleasant, not so pleasant. But at the end of the day, I found joy and fulfillment in doing my work, all of it. Real satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. Good job, Mel! (correction: I have been smoke-free since winter 2020, not 2021!)
