Paul Fosh is a 55 year old business man with businesses based in Newport, South Wales. At the tender age off 55, Paul is comfortable with the fact that middle age is still a way off. Paul has run Paul Fosh Auctions for over 20 years, and more recently, Paul Fosh Lettings. As well as running these businesses, on 1st February 2010 (to be precise), Paul started running. After half and full marathons, Paul started running ultra-marathons, and in 2015 took on the extremely challenging 6633 Arctic Ultra, a 320 mile foot race that takes place within the Arctic Circle, finishing on the Arctic Ocean in Northern Canada. Paul has continued to do extreme cold weather racing, balancing the demands of running 2 (soon to be 3) businesses along with training and the needs of family life. Paul always says that he wants to keep working and running until the day he dies.
