Phil Treadwell is an entrepreneur and 15 year mortgage industry veteran.  Over the last decade he has founded several businesses including an independent mortgage brokerage, a craft beer microbrewery, and a mortgage marketing podcast.  With experience as both a retail mortgage banker, and independent mortgage broker, he was a top producer in a multi-state region and has built sales teams in regions all over the country.  Phil currently serves as a VP / Area Manager for Highlands Residential Mortgage, covering all of Arkansas and parts of Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.  Drawing from his knowledge and experience coaching originators and building teams, he created the Mortgage Marketing Expert podcast.
