Time for a solo episode! I wanted to reflect on this Eclipse season we just experienced (which started with the Libra Solar Eclipse on October 14 and ended with the Taurus Lunar Eclipse October 28) and share with you all where I’m at — mentally, physically, spiritually. 

This is a short and sweet one which was wonderful to record on my bedroom floor (in a cozy way! not a depressing way!).
