Setting goals is an important part of growing. As a teacher, setting goals can be frustrating if you are comparing yourself to other teachers. The important thing is to compare yourself to who you were at the same time last year, to make sure you are growing. This is especially hard to do for the new 2020 school year because all teachers have changed SO MUCH since last year!
