Fear... friend or foe?
恐惧… 是友是敌？

As children, we are taught to fear what can hurt us.
人们教育孩子去害怕那些伤害他们的东西。

But as adults, we are expected to conquer what we’re afraid of.
而又期望大人去征服他们所害怕的东西。

So what are fears?
所以什么是恐惧？

Do that keep us alive?
我们以恐惧为生

Or do they keep us from living?
还是因口恐惧而死？
