The fastest way to achieve growth in your personal spiritual practice is NOT to keep it personal anymore and instead start using your skills on and with others. After a few years of spiritual and wellness study, we are at risk of stunting our own growth if only practice on ourselves. It’s important to recognise when it is time to expand our experience beyond the self-work, and into the realm of serving others. 

Sharing and practicing the skills we have learnt can help us level up our practice tremendously and prevent us from becoming stagnant.

When we step up to become consultants, advisors, mentors, coaches, therapists, guides, instructors, teachers and leaders to others, we acknowledge all we have learnt so far (no matter how little), and return to others what we have received from the Universe, we tune to the frequency of gratitude (which attracts even more to us).
