In this episode I’ve invited Saswat Karki Dae. He is a recipient of Asian Youth Inspiration Award and career wise he is a banker working under department of Human Resources [ HR ] at Laxmi Bank.

He is very kind and humble as a person. And he advices us to be kind and humble as well because he says “It costs nothing.”

We talked about how he failed in finance in his undergraduate years and despite going through harassment, he is now working at one of Nepal’s prestigious financial institution, Laxmi Bank.

He also shares how identifying your strength and weaknesses while going through career defining transition helps you navigate your career and not trying to imitate others, being self aware and talking to yourself helps you make your decision and be confident while pursuing that.

And he believes in going LIMITLESS.
