Struggling with minor addictions growing up was leading me down the wrong path. I had to get scared straight in order to realize that the best addiction for me was to be addicted to making myself proud! Hence, #AddictedToProud.

This motto was born as I was training for a fitness show and I decided I was going to get it tattooed on my wrist so that I could see it every single day and remind myself how amazing I feel when I make decisions to make myself proud!
