We're going to go over an easy to use and free screen recording software.
If you've been looking for a solution to record your computer screen without paying a fortune for a screen recording software, you are going to love this episode.
I am super excited about this one. It may sound silly but I have been looking for a screen recording software that I could use on my PC. Because I have Macs and PCs. Because I'm weird that way. I use them for different things but that's neither here nor there.
For my Mac I can just use QuickTime to record my screen. That’s never been a big deal. It would be nicer to have a nicer version of it, but it works great if I need to record my screen. I don't have anything for my PC without having to spend a fortune. Drives me crazy. I don't want to spend a ton of money just to record my screen.
There is actually a software that I really like, if you are looking for something to not only record your screen but do video editing and you have a PC. I'll do another podcast about that later. Just to let you know it's called Filmora by Wondershare. But it still costs $60 for a lifetime access to it.
This one that I'm going to tell you about is totally, totally free. So, if you're just looking for something to record your screen.
Let's get into it.
This episode is sponsored by your Loom Tutorial download.
I bet you are intrigued by the idea of using Loom to create screen captures, right? Otherwise you wouldn’t be listening to this podcast episode.
But now you are feeling a little daunted about learning ANOTHER new software. It takes time and energy. 2 things you don’t have an abundance of.
Don’t worry. I got you covered. I made a video tutorial of how to use Loom. Which feels kinda meta if you think about it. Using screen capture to show you how to use a screen capture software.
