Hello! It's good to be back! *That* cold was really fun... my voice is still a little husky, but a load of you say my voice is soothing, so let's hope that's what the extra huskiness is giving. 

In today's episode, I'm building on a conversation started on Kayte's podcast, Grow With Soul, where I'm one of the co-hosts this season. Our discussions surround work IN life, with more of a discussion about the blend rather than the balance, which doesn't really exist.
