About Ranela: Ranela Kaligithi is a therapist, coach, actor, and life enthusiast. Growing up in a pastor's family, she moved from state to state often, navigating the complexities of being an asian child of immigrants, the pressures of church expectations, purity culture, and being a woman in patriarchal society.
