Here is your permission slip to stop worrying about sharing your feelings with others. In fact, sometimes, you shouldn't! We are really adamant as a culture that everyone talk about what they are feeling, but it's important to make it constructive. In this episode, I share why sometimes it's better to not share what you're feeling with others and how to get started if this is a skill you really want to learn.
