The other day someone asked me, “What are the 3 biggest lessons you’ve learned since you started investing in real estate?”

I had to stop and think about it.

There are so many things I’ve learned in the past 6 years.

I’ve learned a lot about things like direct marketing, comping properties, real estate laws, and more.

But the 3 biggest lessons I learned don’t really have anything to do with that stuff.

(At least not directly.)

Instead, these 3 takeaways have influenced far more than just my business strategy,

They’ve changed my life, my beliefs… everything.
