Dr. Hazen has been specializing in the treatment of spine pain for the over 25 years. As a Cox® Technic instructor, he has taught many doctors across the country the use of the specialized decompression table, diagnosis and care of spinal disease. Currently he is on the post graduate faculty of National University of Health Sciences.
