Word of the WEEK – Listening
We're preparing for the Holidays people. Whether it be for Thanksgiving, Christmas buffets, or New Years binge eating, we gotta prepare BEFORE we get into the situations we know we're going to get into.
Go in with the attitude that this isn’t a time to just let yourself go. This isn’t a time to rebel against your new habits. You can enjoy the holidays without being a glutinous fool.
We like to use this time of year as an excuse to treat our bodies like crap, feeding it crap, not exercising, getting stressed over gifts and all the other craziness that comes with the holiday season. Don’t tell yourself you’re just going to start back up on January 1st, that’s BS and you know it.
Plan, plan, plan! Plan for as much as you can. Write it all down. Don’t just plan it in your head. Have it all written down in an organized way so you can refer to it quickly.
