Madelyn holds a master's degree in secondary mathematics education and is currently certificated in math, physics and physical science. She has taught, volunteered or led teams at all levels from early childhood to adult education over the past 25 years. Prior to relocating because of her spouse's career, she served as Head of School at reSTART Life, a residential treatment facility in Washington State. Madelyn worked in academic affairs at a university in Chicago just before joining MPA. She is a Love & Logic Institute-trained facilitator of parenting and classroom management, and has helped thousands of teachers and families raise the odds of raising great kids. She holds certificates in project management, counseling and DISC.
