015. Two For Me, None For You

The world of medicine and healthcare is long overdue for a change, but not in the way that enough leaders are focusing.From the high stress of resuscitation to the daily interactions with colleagues and consultants, the key to a better disposition for ourselves, then our patients, is agency.  Agency over our inner leader, our inner team-member, guiding ourselves through the trials of our egos, our insecurities, and our mindsets.  With this community, my hope is that we can come together and build on the tools we have to improve the above skillsets.  If we create a common language, then perhaps we can come together as co-leaders, co-authors, and co-creators to change the way we approach the existing culture of medicine and resuscitation.Have a listen, we need you...
