I've been struggling with binge eating for a few months now.
At least a couple of nights every week, I seem to end up with this unstoppable urge to empty my food cupboards and eat everything.
I've found a few habits to manage when I feel a binge coming on that have helped me stabilise my eating habits a lot and have brought down my binge eating into a more manageable state (it still happens but I'm better with it now).
