Today's video I go into more detail about 1200 calorie diets and why/how I help my clients ditch them.
This comes off the back of a social media post from earlier in the week, when I essentially said someone who is eating 1200 calories and not losing weight, is someone who is not eating 1200 calories!
I also mentioned that 1200 calories is not a lot of food and the majority of adults would struggle to stick to that for any lengthy period of time.
