"He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake." (Psalm 23:3, ESV)

“May you be covered in the dust of your rabbi.” That is a beautiful ancient Jewish blessing. The idea, as you may have figured out, is that the disciple is following his teacher so closely that the dust from the teacher’s feet as he walks is kicking up and covering the disciple. 

Today, Kate talks about the dust we want to be covered in as followers of our Rabbi, of our Shepherd, Christ.

Our dust is made up of three R’s: restoration, righteousness, and reputation. Where He leads, we must follow right behind. His feet will kick up restoration, righteousness, and reputation. May we follow so closely that we are covered from head to toe with the dust of our Rabbi.
