  • Contract Verbiage: If two or more barn doors are requested to be left open or remain open for an extended period of time The Best Venue Ever has the right to turn off their HVAC system at their discretion. 
  • Couple-friendly Verbiage: One of the things our couples love most about The Best Venue Ever is our wide-open spaces and beautiful views. We couldn’t agree more! If you’re blessed with perfect weather and wish to have the barn doors open to enjoy the views and fresh air even more then please reach out to TBVE and inquire about how to best facilitate this. We want to do everything we can to make your day perfect while also being gentle with our AC system. 
• When/how should each version be delivered?
• • Couple friendly PDF - given during pre-booking phase - hidden brochure on the website with a link to bride friendly P&Ps, hard copy during tours, and during the onboarding process inside bride guide or welcome magazine
  • Regular P&Ps - built into the contract or at least as an addendum to the contract, you could require signature or initials on these. Also, use your final walkthrough as a time to remind couples about P & Ps.
