Sometimes a house is haunted. Occasionally bigfoot lives in the woods nearby. Some mountains are famous for UFO sightings. Rarely do all these things and more collide on a single property. Near the George Washington National forest, Claire lives on a ranch which is a hotbed for nearly all sorts of imaginable and unimaginable phenomenon.
