You probably look at the most popular Instagram influencers and think, “oh my god, they are GOALS.” And we used to, too. We believed it all-- wanted to be more like the women who posted beautiful smoothie bowls and gave sage advice about gluten. But our perspective on Instagram and the health community has gone through a major shift. It’s hard to see what’s behind the Instagram-- until you do, in person. Holly experienced this at a wellness event recently where she met a famous IG influencer. Listen to hear what we both have to say about it, how our Instagrams have evolved, and what we can all do to uplift the health community and make it better.
