Paul is off for a weekend in the countryside (eeeek!) but before that, he and Yassir chew over the last episode as well as our feelings on winter, practising NO-vember, the attractiveness of vulnerability (in others), and pursuing perfection even when others can see right through us.

And we have questions:

  • How do we marry knowing vulnerability is good with feeling comfortably vulnerable?
  • Is there a connection between vulnerability, masculinity, sexuality and shame?
  • What helps us feel whole and complete exactly as we are?
  • Who is the most manly man Paul can approach to talk to about vulnerability?
