Collective energy update on soul mission upgrades now being received to new 5D templates, feeling like a loss of passion and motivation for soul mission as we upgrade to a new driving force beyond any 3D ego desires.

There’s a lot of phasing in and out of 5D to 4D to 3D at the moment, which can be very disorientating and jolting. I also speak of the guidance from Blue Avians and many light beings on phasing into a raw / living food diet, slowly, as we go through this phasing stage. 

At the end their is a short mediation and light language activation for heart mechanics which many are received upgrades for which is being felt as sore and heavy shoulders and chest.
