One of m favourite podcast's is by Sam Laura Brown called The Perfectionism Project. I've enjoyed listening to her podcast for year's and have always enjoyed her monthly Personal Growth Updates and since starting Continuously Brave I've always wanted to do my own so I was completely inspired by her and I a book I began reading in June to finally make the jump and record my own version.
Partly because the podcast is called Continuously Brave, partly because of the book I've been reading and finally also because I never feel freaking brave I decided to call these episodes Finding Brave!
I really hope you enjoy this solo 100% unscripted podcast episodes all about Finding Brave and the things I've been going and growing through these last few months.
In this episode I cover:
> Finally talking about Covid-19 and a little about why I haven't really talked much about it before.
> Black Lives Matter and my diversity statement going forward.
> The biggest business change I'm making and what effect it'll have on Continuously Brave.
> How Covid-19 has had an effect on my health and the changes it's made.
> The health and fitness changes I've been making and WHY I've made them and what I'm planning to take into July.
> My thoughts on Kat Horrocks 3 month Passion and Purpose group coaching program (I won a free spot on International Woman's Day and have always wanted to work with Kat!)
> All the thoughts and feelings on the Busy to Boss Academy and the other amazing women that have joined.
> My quarter three goals and sharing my biggest goal for quarter three (eek!) and talking about a few secret projects in the works!
