Nicola Peill-Moelter is the Director of Sustainability Innovation where she collaborates with teams across VMware to develop features and functionality that have business value for our customers by reducing the private/public cloud infrastructure needed to run their workloads which leads to less energy use, carbon emissions, and electronic waste. Nicola believes that we can make the fastest progress addressing the world’s most urgent sustainability issues when sustainability and business value are aligned.
