No special "tricks" but simple ways...but not always easy to reach those goals. She talks about how to break down those long term goals in to weekly goals and then again to daily goals. These same strategies helped Tracy reach her goal of riding her bicycle 3, 527 miles from San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge to New York City Brooklyn Bridge while "celebrating" her 40th anniversary of being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.
