How obedient should we be to authority? Is there a point when we should say no, and what is that point?
History is full of occasions when seemingly normal people have done terrible things. At the start of the 60's, social psychologist Stanley Milgram began work on an experiment to understand how so many Germans could have done such terrible things during World War II. Today we look at this experiment and how it tells us something uncomfortable about ourselves.
This podcast is for people who already have some understanding of English, but who want to learn in context, make progress, and communicate with other English speakers without having to read boring grammar books.
