How obedient should we be to authority? Is there a point when we should say no, and what is that point?

History is full of occasions when seemingly normal people have done terrible things. At the start of the 60's, social psychologist Stanley Milgram began work on an experiment to understand how so many Germans could have done such terrible things during World War II. Today we look at this experiment and how it tells us something uncomfortable about ourselves.
