Unlike animals, there is a cognitive reason why we do (or don’t do) what we do. The reason I say unlike animals is because 1) animals do not have cognitive reasoning and 2) they function solely on instinct. Yes, we have an instinctual/habitual way of doing things but we do not dependently function in that realm of being.
Since we do not function on instinct alone there must be something working within us that determines what we do. That something is called MOTIVATION!
In this episode, we will explore two main reasons that “motivate” us to do the things we do. Advertising and sales/marketing professionals operate on these two factors to motivate us to spend precious dollars.
Listen closely to this episode and I will also tie in how your motivation can make you a better person.
