What a great time to reflect on the year, to enjoy the joy, and be grateful for everything we have.
This week’s topic: Toxic Habit Series. We’ll be talking about toxic habits that are holding us back from living it.
We’ve all played the pity-party for ourselves but some out there make it a vocation. While we’ve gotten a lot of great feedback on the show we have encountered some folks who are resistant to getting help and making changes that will improve their lives. Dave W. looked into the condition and this is what we found.

• Is when it comes to cause and effect, life is on the cause end and you and your experiences are on the effect end.
• That life throws things at you. Some good, some bad.
• From this you see the world distorted.
• The truth is, everyone has a vibration and that vibration is then responded to by the universe with an experience.
• LIFE IS ON THE CAUSE END, THE EXPERIENCE IS ON THE EFFECT END
• There are things that happen out of our control that we perceive as negative but the experience that comes from that is caused by us.
• The DMV story David gave back in episode 13 is a perfect example of that. He could have played the victim and blamed the DMV for being stupid, blamed the car dealer for not doing their job, etc. and created a very negative bubble around himself that he could easily justify, but that would have made the experience awful all the way round.
